What are the technical requirements to activate WiSpot?
There are no special requirements to install and activate a WiSpot system: you just need to have an active Internet connection (ADSL, cable, fiber, …).

How does the 30-days trial work?
WiSpot allows customers choosing the Standard or the Unlimited plans to subscribe and try the system for 30 days. Within this period, you can evaluate the service. Should you decide, for any reason, that WiSpot is not for you and your business, you can cancel the subscription and return the WiSpot kit. No questions asked!
In case of cancellation during the trial period, the whole amount paid when placing the order will be returned using the same initial payment method (re-crediting the credit card or via bank transfer).
Once WiSpot is active, can I switch to a different plan?
Absolutely! If the WiSpot plan you chose does not suit your needs anymore, you can switch to a different one, choosing a higher or a lower one! The change will take effect on the next billing date.
How long would my contract last?
WiSpot contract duration varies depending on the frequency of the payment you choose: annual, for those who pay on a yearly basis (saving up to 35%), monthly for those who choose to pay on a monthly basis. For all plans, except for the seasonal Unlimited (which is not renewed automatically), the service is automatically renewed month by month or year by year, unless the client asks for cancellation before the following renewal.
Shall I pay for every user who logs in?
Absolutely not! All WiSpot profiles are “flat”, which means zero variable costs. The amount indicated on the site is what you pay, not a Euro more, regardless of how many users you will allow to surf with your system.
Do prices include VAT?
No. WiSpot is a “business to business” service. Prices are therefore net of VAT. Depending on which country you order WiSpot from, VAT might be charged to the price of the chosen plan when the order is finalized and upon each renewal.
Will I receive an invoice after the order?
Sure! We issue invoices upon the initial order and at each renewal (monthly or annual, depending on the billing frequency you select). Invoices are sent automatically to the email address you specified while placing the order.
Which payments methods are supported?
You can activate a WiSpot subscription paying online by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card is the fastest and most convenient payment method. Fees are charged on a monthly or a yearly basis (according to the preference of the billing frequency) in a completely automatic and secure mode using the credit card specified at the time of activation.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the subscription is billed yearly. The owner receives the renewal order and the payment instructions via e-mail on a yearly basis.
If I pay by credit card, will the transactions be secure?
Sure: our payment system is developed with security as our first goal. WiSpot is a PCI/DSS certified merchant. The system uses SSL encryption for transactions, Thawte guaranteed. During the payment process, WiSpot never gets in contact with customers’ credit card data, which are managed by Recurly, our payments partner, handling payments for more than 10,000 e-commerce websites in the world.
We strictly do neither store nor visualize credit card details in any way.
Which browsers does the software support?
WiSpot control panel is accessible using any current version of the most common browsers: Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera are the most widespread.
